Intimate Wedding At The Farm in Rome, GA
The moment I got hold of Rachel’s details to photograph – her Christian Louboutin shoes, her grandmother’s fur shawl, the stunning antique ring box, and her Chanel perfume – I knew we were kindred spirits. We had never met in person or even spoken on the phone before her wedding, and as soon as I walked in to see her, we hugged like we had known each other before.
Even her vows felt familiar, the way she promised to always save the last cookie for Chris. It reminded us of our ourselves in so many amazing ways.
Rachel and Chris are high school sweethearts with such a sentimental connection. Their whole wedding had an intimate vibe, and there wasn’t a dry eye around by the end of the ceremony. They are both incredible people inside and out, and we had such a blast meeting those closest to them. Their portraits were something magical. We explored the grounds of The Farm and found all of its beautiful nooks. Rachel’s dad decorated his beautiful 1966 Chrysler classic. We were even able to take it for a spin down the road for blue hour.
They spent the rest of the night dancing, laughing, and soaking in every beautiful moment of this incredible day.
All in all, we loved these two. Thank you both for letting us spend the day with you!
